Change and challenges are inevitable in the workplace today. People can become overwhelmed, lose motivation and even burn out , without having time off to recover. I have created my own wellbeing series designed for the workplace.

How, does it work



Nine interactive Sessions

These can be delivered in sequence or through a mix and match programme. Topics designed to cover confidence building in teams, vulnerability and how to create safe workspaces for good mental health. I have already had the amazing opportunity to write the series and deliver this in a corporate environment. The content was originally aimed at getting people through the tough transition of hybrid working and covid but has now been updated and continues to be delivered with a high level of engagement beyond this.



Performance Stress Management

How to spot the 4F’s and look for signs of stress in the workplace. Recognise some of the psychological and physical signs and how to combat them with a change in cognitive thinking.


The Email Prison

How has the face of email changed? What is a quick win and are we getting caught up in the electronic game? Coping in the digital age and taking back control – it can be done!


Expectations of remote working

Perception vs Reality, how assumptions can turn into perception. Can we drop the guilt and understand what good looks like from a personal perspective?


Future and Beyond

Tips on changing your mind confidently and how can we start setting clear expectations.


How to Enhance Relationships

How empathy and sympathy are different and how can we read body language? Instil Psychological safety when having an open conversation. Can we ask “are you okay” without asking the question and showing vulnerability at all levels is okay.


What is Office Etiquette

Handling difficult conversations to sharing social experiences and find out if we are languishing?


Normalising and managing Relationships

Managing anxiety and boosting confidence. What signs can we look out for when managing relationships?


Getting Back to Routine

Putting good practices in place for yourself and understanding your limits.


Changes to the Work Environment

How has the work environment changed and how can we use our technology platforms more effectively?


Interactive Sessions

All sessions delivered are between 40m to 1hr and can be delivered either in person or online. They are interactive and engaging for all colleagues who participate.
