Individual Sessions
Sessions can be a programme designed around the mental health and wellbeing support that you need. These sessions can be booked as a 4-6 week course, 40 mins per week with all materials provided and sent to you. Or they can be booked on an ad-hoc basis to give you that extra bit of support when needed.

Group Sessions
Group sessions will typically contain 20-30 people per session and will be a general approach to mental health and wellbeing providing you with some coping techniques and strategies which you can take away and use at your own leisure and pace.
