Step 1
Control Mapping
What is and what is out of your control? This gives you a tool to see change, how things don’t always have to be controlled by our inner thinking but can be controlled by considered approaches.
Step 2
Understanding Self
This is the most crucial of the steps as it can help you to understand where your beliefs and values lie and where you can overlap these in your control mapping.
Step 3
The Bridge
Find out where you are comfortable on the bridge and where your strengths lie. This is where we start to explore key decisions and sustainable change.
Step 4
Self-limiting beliefs
Why do you believe that you can’t achieve this and what is stopping you?
Step 5
Perception vs Reality
Do you have a perception attached to your self-limiting beliefs? Is that contributing to you not achieving what you want?
Step 6
Dropping the guilt
How to drop that guilt and take ownership.
Step 7
Eliminating the what ifs?
Start tackling some of those self-limiting beliefs and start doing some of the things you are scared to do.
Step 8
Re-evaluation
Looking back at the control map and bridge - have you conquered and overcome some of those issues which were controlling you?
